Bellybutton Shamanic Quest

A Shamanic Bellybutton Encounters weekend with a Vision Quest Root-Trance day, a Sacred Sauna or Sweat Lodge ritual day of connection with Mother-Earth, the Bellybutton Matrix and a AUM social meditation day. All together with a lot of dance and sharing in between, in search of more inner clarity.

 

This will also be a follow-up retreat for the Selfencounter participants.

With Pramod

 

Born in Portugal in 1966.  Pramod has a colourful history of various degrees and trainings throughout his life. He obtained an MBA in Engineering.  He practiced judo, traditional karate, kung-fu and taido. Since 1984 he has been teaching taido. Through these he was initiated to Zen meditation and to body mind transcendence.

 

Has a long practice of contact-improvisation, contemporary dance, and performance art, a door to other techniques and dimensions of living with totality. Today, Pramod works linking the teachings of masters, shamans and friends with Humaniversity psychology and Osho's work leading to Zorba-the-Buda, the playful master.

 

My Vision goes through creating safe spaces of experimenting, growth and healing. Places for new friends to meet and old connections to be strengthen, starting with Self-knowledge.

Where?

 

"Monte Mariposa" is a beautiful and natural place inside Algarve's nature, near the beautiful Tavira beachs, dedicated to host retreats and inner growth activities.

 

 

Investment in the retreat:

Full board, includes all the activities of the workshop, two nights lodging Saturday and Sunday, lunch and dinner Saturday, breakfast, lunch and dinner Sunday, and breakfast and lunch Monday

For those who are already registered in the SelfEncounter trainning, lodging and food will have to be arranged with Monte Mariposa.

bulletConfortable and loose clothing including a good pair of warm stocking just in case (antislide if possible);
