Spring starts, Mother Earth begins to vibrate stronger again. After a few months of resting and renewal, we are also ready to start over again. With this group we will start the work of activation, healing and self development of this year's SelfEncounter course. We will work with shamanic inspired Root-Trance and drumming, expressive dance, voice work, bioenergetics and emotional expression, Osho's active meditation techniques tai-chi, yôga and shiatsu. The focus will be to work with the energy of the 1st and 2nd chakras as a way to Encounter ourselves and others in an healthier way. Acquire more confidence in your capacity to go forward, the ability to face any obstacles in life, transforming them into stepping stones to growth. Awaken your basic creative energies and celebrate your sensuality, going for good feelings. Open the way to experience the more subtil energies of the upper "chakras", moving on to sharing and working together. The group is going to be relaxed in a free time zone, nevertheless here is an idea of the schedule: We advice you to arrive Friday afternoon, so that the tribe gathers to celebrate together at night. Friday: Afternoon - 15:00h - 19:00h (night session to be scheduled). Saturday: Morning - 7:30h - 9:00h and 10:00h - 13:00h; afternoon - 15:00h - 19:00h (night sessions to be scheduled). Sunday: Morning - 7:30h - 9:00h and 10:00 -13:00h; afternoon - 15:00h - 17:00h. The schedule is always adapted to the group, therefore it might be slightly changed. Where? Click the images	Things you will need to carry with you: For lodging: Bring your Tent and camping gear, or ask Casa da Ribeira for other lodging options, also bring a lantern and warm clothing for the night. For the Encounters: Paper and pen, warm and confortable clothes, don't forget to include a good pair of warm socks (anti slide if possible). Also bring a blindfold and a confortable camping mat if you have one. How to come here: The best way to come here is probably by train to "Santa Comba Dão" Station (if you warn Casa da Ribeira in advance they will will pick you up at the station for a 10 € cost, in a 7 seat van, otherwise take a taxi from the station to Casa da Ribeira, São Simão, cost around 12 €).
